I picked up a Pead Led Solutions light, the El Capitan model. Got some more wood for doing knife handles (Peruvian Bloodwood and Amboynia Burl) and got some belts for the Kalamazoo. No knives but I needed a bit of a break anyway.

Welcome MD. Good to have you aboard.
Got Season 2 of Survivorman. Already watched all the shows...<img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" />
As well, got this cool little knife in a Christmas gift exchange.
No makers marks on it that I can see, but it sure is pointy and sure is sharp.
And no, I haven't cut myself on it yet... <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />

Thanks for the welcome and that looks like a knife made by John Greco. Nice knife.

Yup looks like a Greco. I have the same knife with tan canvas. Nice blade. Congrats.

I received a nice pair of 10x42 Bushnell binoculars, a MSR WhisperLite Internationale stove, a large REI bullet thermos and a Black Diamond Orbit lantern (which you can see 2 of hanging in MustardMan's jersey pic).

Scott fly rod
Orvis fly rod and reel
Two 30-06's (one enfeild and one savage)

Mossburg 12 guage
Bushnell Elite 4-20X scope (a thanks for your service present from my uncle)

That is a sweet stash of goodies to get back. Nothing of note on my end, did order a new little Mora today. Couldn't decide between that and a Bark River...decided to go cheap for a slicer...

Guess I was good this year!! My wife got me all that I wanted......can't believe the Fenix LD20 flashlight is that bright with just 2 AA's!!
The flip ultra HD is cool...don't have to worry about loading a bunch of software and junk....less than a minute and your videos are on youtube or DVD.....i'll have to use it to post some video's!
The Teva Dozer sandals have been great in the house...dont know how they will work in a thicket ..HAHA!!!

Since Santa couldn't bring me a Busse & I couldn't win a Desert Dog Father, I made me a knife that is kinda a combo of both...just started cutting and grinding & this is what I came up with......I put some micarta handles on it but they failed after a few chops....so heck with it.....aluminum handles is what I have! HAHA!!! It's a great looking cake cutting knife to match my wife's other cake cutters, but her's can't chop a limb in half like this one can....and you can't lick the cake off of this knife......HAHA
