Ok On with the stat facts!

Today we find ourselves at page 706 on the ZDC default page count which is 6 pages up from when I did the update yesterday morning.

The KNIVES forum side of the website is setting at 434,816 posts which is up from 434,663 yesterday morning.

The TOTAL post count for the website is now at 458,656 posts which is up frm 458,503 yesterday. That's 153 posts in a day, pretty good as of late. Looks like we might be picking up our post count already and Winter isn't officially even here yet!

Ok subtracting todays post count from our goal of a half million posts that leaves us with 41,344 posts to go. Unlike money, this is one set of numbers that I enjoy seeing decrease.

And keep in the back of your mind that we want for DAN to make the 500,000th post. Maybe one of our super mods or even Dan or Patti can block everyone from posting so No one jumps the gun and Dan CAN make the half millionth post.

alright, I like it. Also, I like seeing money decrease when I have a way of replenishing it and it decreases in exchange for bussekin steel

At this time of year the idea of increase and decrease can be associated with money, steel, food, AND waist size. I like some and hate others. I sure hope Dan can make the 500,000 post but knowing the guy he is he just might not make it since he will be grinding steel!

well, we can have some guy sneak into the shop and duct tape a netbook hardwired to the sight with a thread titled 500k posts or something like that, and put a keyboard lock on it until 500k is reached, then Dan can post with one hand and grind with the other, btw, I call dibs on that knife

that's what the keyboard lock is for, we don't have to worry about it, we can just set up the scheme, fill Dan in, and it'll work itself out

Ok, on Sunday morning we were setting at a post count of 434,818 for the Knives Forum side. We are now at 435,305 for an increase of 484 posts. Not to bad, almost a 100 post per day average just for this side of the site!

The ZDC forum default page is now up from 706 to 723 which is an 18 page increase which yields just one page shy of a 6 page a day increase!

Ok, here is where as they say "The rubber meets the road".

The TOTAL post count for the entire website was at 458,656 pages. Now we are at a staggering 459,161 posts for a total increase of 505 posts for a whopping average of 168.333....... posts per day increase!

Alright, sense we are questing for 500,000 posts as our goal and we have not got 459,161 posts that leaves us with 40,839 posts to go. Small numbers are nice!

OK, another day and another bunch of posts. IF you have not watched the CSO link JJ put up in the Walking Dead thread, WATCH IT!!! He said the the Japanese word for Rabbit is USAGI. That would break down to USA GI! The camels should need no explaination.

Ok on the the REAL purpose of this thread.

As of this morning the Knives Forum half of the site is sitting at 435,445 posts, up from 435,305 Wednesday morning. Thats an increase of 140 posts just on the Knives forum side!

The ZDC Threads page count for all the default setting users is at page 728, up from 723 for an increase of 5 pages.

Ok, the TOTAL website post count is now at 459,303 up from 459,161. Using these numbers and subtracting it from our goal of Half a Million posts, that leaves us with 40,697! That's a smaller number from yesterday, amazing! <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" />

OK, that'll do Donkey, that'll do. Who doesn't like Shrek! I mean yes he is Green but he also belches in public, farts and laughs about it, cleans his ears and nose without thought of where he may be. Sounds like an ordinary guy to me!

Ok now that I've got your day off to a head shaking start let's get on with the statistics shall we.

The Knives forum half of the site is at 435,581 posts which is up from 435,445 yesterday morning for an increase of 36 posts. Not bad for the Knives forum.

As the proof is in the pudding, so is the facts in the statistics.

The total website post count is now at 459,440 up from 459,303 yesterday for an increase of 137 posts. We're climbing, our average daily post count is starting to climb upward, and yes that IS a good thing.

Considering we are striving for our goal of 500,000 posts and we now have 459,440 that means we have 40,560 to go. Why is seem like just yesterday we needed 40,697 posts. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" />

Ok here's MY post.

Todays ZDC page count, for the forum default settings users, is now at 740 which is up from 733 for a 7 page increase. We've had better days but we have also had much worse. Keep Posting Dawgs!

The Knives forum side of the site is now setting at 435,764 posts. The Knives forum side is sort of hit or miss. Sometimes it will get a lot of posting, but historically it is the red headed stepchild of the site.

The TOTAL forum post count is now up to 459,623 posts, up from yesterdays high of 459,440 for an increase of 83 posts. Not our best day, but still adds to the overall count!

Ok If we subtract todays high count from our goal we have 40,377 more posts to go. Slowing down just a mite but we'll pick back up eventually. Hey, not bad for just over 4 years old!
