Most use photobucket, flicker, etc. Once uploaded, you'll see a code to post it online that will look something like this: http://www.photobucket.com/rutmi01/IMG_1600-vi.jpg Copy that, when posting click on the "Image" link under "Instant UBB Code", and it will bring up a pop-up window, paste the image in that window, click "OK" and it will insert the link and tags into your text box.
