So I went to shot in Vegas, got back Friday night. It was a great time and I would definitely go again. I picked up some cool stuff. I got a handful of US made little Gerber lockbacks with G10 handles that are pretty cool. They made great gifts for my sons.

I also got another flashlight. I talked with Henry S., the owner of HDS and picked up an Ra Clicky 170 at the Shot Show. What an incredible light. If you are in to flashlights, HDS makes a great light. I talked with Henry for quite some time and he is an intelligent and down to earth guy.

I picked up another set of Pro Ears with the inverted cup which makes shooting bolt guns a bit more comfortable than the larger cupped model I have.

I scored some SpecOps nylon as well.

I saw some pretty cool firearms related stuff, but I was not all that impressed with the knife stuff I saw. I wish Scrapyard would have been there.

All in all, it was a great time and I plan on going next year as well.

Now I just need to figure out a way to get my butt out to Blade so I can meet the Bussekin clan and some Scrapyard folks.

It's better to have it & not need it, than to need it & not have it.

Ron, you're making me jealous! <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/crazy.gif" alt="" /> I would love to make it to a SHOT show and Knob Creek as well. Of course, it would be nice if you could make it to Blade in Atlanta! <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" />

Sounds like a fun show. I've seen picks of it before and it looks like a great show.

I believe that's the larger blade I saw and held. Pretty nice. They had the machete as well with micarta grips that was plain awesome.
