Pretty simple guys- you like- you buy- you don't like- then don't buy. I am seeing this knife as a " fighter" and for secondary maybe around camp or survival.In which case I wouldn't care what happened to the ResC. If I were Dan- i wouldn't make a TT edition. Ya just can't please everybody- so just build it- offer and sale <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/thumbup.gif" alt="" />. Doubtful he even needs this small market from us.Really difficult to please all for sure-Thanks <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/thumbup.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" /> +1 Hope we can get by some of the negativity that's been brewing...it's turning the Yard into a drag... <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/thumbdn.gif" alt="" /> yup,negativity sucks.I was trying to lighten things up with some smart [censored] humor. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" />I would rather read a freindly,informative,supportive or humorous post myself.Thats what drew me to this forum over others,the friendliness and lack of negativity.

It looks as if I made a mistake in buying into the hype of this site. I had assumed that it was a collection of like-minded indiviuals; guys that respect and admire fine cutlery. The majority of posts on here are sounding like you're a bunch of hillbilly boys that still live at home. . we ARE like minded, in tha we appreciate quality blades, bit that doesn't mean w have to agree with each other about every little detail. We have folks of all walks of life here, from hard working salt of the earth to a variety of professionals. What makes this place great is that all of us, regardless of our backgrounds, share the love of these knives and are able to disagree without getting into personal attacks and childish name calling like YOUR post. And tell you what, let's both go on a couple hundred mile hike, where we might have to cut down some dead wood for fire building or shelter, and see which one of is covers more ground - you with your "freaking chainsaw" or me with my Regulator Bowie (or more likely, the SoD, since I prefer the guard on that one.)
