I think it would be helpful to vocalize our unwavering pee-your-pants bouncing off the wall excitement for the new Regulator. I've only been into the "Bussekin" knife thing for just a little while now. I don't do used so this is my first opportunity to get an obscenely thick chunk of insanely tough steel. I've got my SOD's and Tank Buster, but the Regulator takes overbuilt to a new level, and (hopefully) makes a more than usable knife. I plan on using this thing for all the stuff you're told not to do with a knife, AND eat my cake too. It would be great to use INFI, but the Yard seems to be the only place left to get Resiprene C. Making the Regulator the best bone rattling HARD use knife to come out in a long, long while. Not only are the specs fantastic, but the pattern is right up my alley. The Regulator has the best choil the Yard has ever made (it's closer to the handle than any of the others), and while the bowie style may not be the best for chopping, it sure does make you feel good when you're a few miles (or more) into the bush. (and it'll open soda cans like a charm)
If we get the option for orange handles, my head will explode.
Start collecting stuff to chop, shred, and tear apart now. 'Cause when the Regulator hits, there won't be anything left.

Hope Dan and Eric both get some steel ready that we can buy soon. I hand to put a waterpump in my pick-up last week, one of the office computers crashed Tuesday and a plumber is at my house right now . I'm going to be broke by time any steel is for sale

Well, my luck the Regulator, RMD, and Rat Warden will be released tomorrow or sat when I am at the regional tournament without computer access. Jackell, if they do please call me.

Given that... This knife was primarily designed for military use and a fairly large number have already found their way into the hands of America's elite fighting units. And... With that in mind, we have are making a ton of these!!! I would say the release can't be too far off.
