made my own version of the CS Walkabout stick, except mines from premium Canadian Grade douglas fir heartwood fatwood. Used my Scrapyards to shape it, and then used a rag soaked in olive oil to remove the slight stickiness and give it a nice hand rubbed sheen wrapped it in desert ACU paracord and soaked the wrap with HOT STUFF superglue. Its the perfect length for city carry and at 4lbs puts a nice hurt on when swung. clickable thumbnails ![[Linked Image from img210.imageshack.us]](http://img210.imageshack.us/img210/4210/img0487mo.th.jpg) ![[Linked Image from img59.imageshack.us]](http://img59.imageshack.us/img59/4848/img0491ff.th.jpg) ![[Linked Image from img709.imageshack.us]](http://img709.imageshack.us/img709/5664/img0492v.th.jpg) ![[Linked Image from img205.imageshack.us]](http://img205.imageshack.us/img205/9862/img04872.th.jpg)

B5 - I like the crosshatch on the para winding. Did you add that or is it just the way the para is? Thanks | | |

B5 - I like the crosshatch on the para winding. Did you add that or is it just the way the para is? Thanks no, thats just the way the ACU pattern on the cord ended up after winding, i was pleasantly surprised,

It's better to have it & not need it, than to need it & not have it.

I like it! The wrap turned out well.
Inside each knife is a new adventure waiting to be had...maybe some blood and probably some suture.
