Hello Everyone in the Doghouse,

I just wanted to say Thank You for a awesome ShamRuckO'Ganza

I started to send out some e-mails today but I ran out of juice...I am running on about 3 hours of sleep and my eyes are crossed.

I have many more e-mails to send out so please just be patient and wait until we get your e-mail out. I also wanted to let everyone know that I also will be sending out the dreaded "I am sorry but you did not score in the ganza" e-mails as well.

I am just amazed on how many e-mails we had and how quickly some of the knives were sold out in the first 2 minutes of the Ganza.

I have only found a few (VERY FEW) companies with which I do business that provide the customer service and support that Busse Combat and Scrap Yard Knife Works and Swamp Rat Knife Works do, including all the internet companies and businesses I meet face to face.

ON TOP OF THAT, I have been treated with great kindness by people who actually have personalities (good personalities) versus those with telephone/email customer service with absolutely no personality.

Thanks to Amy, Renee, Patti, and the lady with Busse Combat who called me last year regarding payment information. It's fun to buy good products from good people.
