Remember: If the challenged cannot produce their coin they are required to buy a drink of choice for the member who challenged them. If the challenged member produces his coin, then the challenging member must pay for the drink!
This tradition continues at ScrapYard Knives.
and they are not included with a knife, they are available from the company store

How does somene know who is a coin holder? You don't but that's the point, if they don't have their coin you owe them a drink, if they do, you owe them one. So you want to catch people without theirs. I was at a busse meet and Ted showed me his, I owe him one, haha.

Battle Hawk, WELCOME to the ADDICTION! And this one IS NOT against the law! I first heard of "challenge coins" in the military. First heard of them associated with "Elete Units" as a mark of belonging. Don't know if it originated there or not. BUT the drink tradition is the same. If you got one and they don't, THEY owe you. If they HAVE theirs, (and you do to) THEY owe YOU. If they got theirs and you don't, you owe them. I have also heard it that you MUST buy a drink for ANYONE that has their coin and hears or sees the challenge if you loose the challange.
