...I've used my S6 as a pry bar, screwdriver, trim removal tool, brick splitter, wood splitter, and even a knife and its still in one piece. I would be shocked if it broke without using some kind of machine to intentionally break it. Haha Love the way you wrote that. i'm with you, momaw.

Hi, I will have my first Scrapyard knife in a few days : a Scrapper 6. I Have a question : does the Scrapper-6 has the same lateral strength of the Dog Father? Does it has the same handle? ( web page). Have you seen the video over at kniftests.com on the scrapper6? That is what sold me on SYKC. I was in shock to say the least. Now I own a S5, DDF and the DE-reg.
I have never hunted an animal, but Ill make an exception for Micheal Vick! JYD#124

Go to knifetests.com and scroll down to the scrapper 6 and check out the video. Should answer all your questions regarding its strength.

The Scrapper 6 was awarded a "total survivor" by Noss in knifetests.com
That means a lot since he basically take his knife where most of us will never go.

This is my rifle, and that is my SHTF Busse knife.

Perhaps the best testament available! (besides Busse's own testing and warranty)!

All INFI and SR-77 is through-hardened, SR-101 is sometimes through-hardened and sometimes differentially treated. It depends on the knife and the release. The battlerat is the only one I can think of right off the top of my head with some of both. Mine is differentially treated but I think most or all of the tan-handled battlerats are through-hardened.

I've received my Scrapper-6. It's the first time I'm holding a resiprene handle : it's very confortable. I've sharpened, stripped and polished 3/4 of the blade because I can't stand to eat with paint : ![[Linked Image from img21.imageshack.us]](http://img21.imageshack.us/img21/1521/scrapper6imgp2227p2.jpg)

Just because you're right doesn't mean I'm wrong.
