Are they having trouble FINDING people or choosing from the thousands of resumes. A lot of people are out of work around here. We have the same problem at my company, thousands of resumes but no one worth nothing. There is a reason most of these people are out of work. I hear you there Seth. PG is a forestry driven and Canfor (the largest here) has shut down 3 or 4 BIG operations locally and a few others a little farther away. We also had a major fire at a plywood plant and it never re-opened. So it's not just the useless that are outta work here. A lot of us good workers are struggling.

Skunk I've been practicing cleaning, loading, racking, and shooting my shotgun in anticipation for those years.
I also have a very calm demeanor. Nothing more frightening than a nice Dad with a Shotgun, never know what he'll do.
