i read a lot about infi vs. _____ and it comes down to paying more for something that most people will never notice. at least that's what i have come to userstand. kinda like the guy shot buy a 9mm doen't go "ahhh! you should've shot me with a .40!!!!" but the differences are still there.
biggest thing is sr101 does rust faster. but i but i personally have managed to rust both some so far.

sr101 does rust the quickest of them all, but it also holds the best edge of the 3

they all have their own advantages No doubt. Just curious which ones are best for what tasks. I assume 154 made more sense for the wiener since it was designed for more of a light slicer, not so much a chopping device. Is SR101 a busse-fied version of 52100?
