Here's my Karambit and sheath.  Can you tell I wear it IWB?  sweating on the leather all day just does wonders for the finish, lol.  ![[Linked Image from i22.photobucket.com]](http://i22.photobucket.com/albums/b328/theblackened14/Karambit.jpg) The problem I'm having is the retaining strap has gotten so stretched out that the knife can move around in the strap, and the blade will fall freely through the strap if inverted.  really bad for retaining it, obviously

ok, so you're on the east coast then.  Gotcha.  and Yes, it is a very worn out sheath.  The corner is coming apart from rubbing, and the rest of the damage is visible.  it held up pretty well, I've owned that blade since I turned 18, so 5 years.  the Belt clip on the back is really sturdy, and I was thinking maybe there would be a way to take it out of leather (cutting probably) and incorporating it into a kydex sheath.  Would that be easier said then done?
