Over on the Swamp there is a guy that lives in the Netherlands or Belgium one that does a really nice composit sheath, If you get a chance you should check out his work. I think he uses thin leather to cover the kydex.

YUP, that's him! I live the sheaths he makes with all the addons/straps. I THINK he calls them technical sheaths.

Doesn't he just make the leather a TIGHT slip fit or does he use glue to keep it on the kydex. I just can't remember. I guess I need to get over there and start posting again.

you can also check his website, I think in most cases he wet molds the leather tight to the kydex, then uses one retension screw to hold it in

I thought that is what he did. I used to have his site on my favorites list but something happened to it. When Patty's computer crashed at home last month, well we both know what happened to it there but here at work, it just disappeared. I think either I or someone else accidentally deleated it.
