Radio update to the EMS crew that is about 1 minute out. His vitals are now falling. Don't know exactly the cop on scene means by that but that is the message being passed to the Ambulance crew.

Yikes. Shallow breathing, weak pulse would be my guess. To me, just having vitals is a good sign though!

We USUALLY have really good EMS response. Our county is about 35 x 25 miles. We have 4 ambulance sheds. One in the north part of the county, 2 miles inside the county line. One 22 miles south in the largest town in the county and another 9 miles south of there. The last one is in the western part of the county about 4 miles inside the county line. We have pretty good coverage.

Nope, I don't have a hope of surviving it. Was nasty last time I was there. Went from mid seventies and humidity around 40% to what felt like the mid 120's with similar numbers for humidity! The hotel better have A/C
