Yeah, lousy situation regardless of how it occurred. Perhaps it was just an abused package that failed though. Seems strange they wouldn't take the sheath otherwise.

Yeah I had thought of that as well, but then again, they may not know anything about kydex and just thought it was a piece of cheap plastic. Theives sometimes make NO sense!
For instance, when I was being transferred from Omaha to Japan I had 11 knives I was shipping. 8 of them made it, and of the 8 3 of them were customs! Go figure.

strange indeed. I am just one to find it unhealthy to assume the worst until facts are known. Causes too much grief and anguish the other way. Now once the facts are known I can be less than nice. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/laugh.gif" alt="" />
