Came home to hot wings, cold beer and a Yankees game onthe tube

On my phone now. I just had to swap out my phone for a new one or else the phone company would not credit me for the errors showing up on my bill.

Hot wings.... Mmm! May have to get some at sole point this week. That and i really have been wanting some tacos like a bad boy.

Well I always try to be nice but repeating myself and hearing the same stuff over and over again gets reallly old fast. I fell for her having to listen to so much crap all day but like you said, it's a job.

When you call, they have a script they HAVE to follow. If they don't, they can get written up for it when QC listens to the call tapes.

No matter what you say, they have it on a flow chart to go through the call. It's rediculous what crap she has to put up with.
