Ish, no apologies needed for B&W, that's how I cut my teeth in photography. I actually prefer B&W to color, but only when shooting film.
The bridge is the Ravanell Bridge, connects Mount Pleasant to Charleston. It replaced a rickty twin bridge that was downright scary to cross. The new one is 4 lanes in each direction. It's like driving on a freeway instead of a bridge.

It really is a nice thing for the Busse Family to offer those of us that can't travel due to either financial restrictions or work.
