Yeah, I think that at times We ALL have "messed up". Just something that happens. I remember not to long ago Dan was talkng about something and said something to the effect that he better stop or would wind up censoring himself! Now How many CEO's would say something like that TO HIS CUSTOMERS! Dan sees us as friends first and customer second. I have seen that demonstrated time and time again.

I've never met him, but based upon his company policy toward his customers I would say he's got it all together. The kind of person it would be an honor to know.
