Some fish I really like, like trout and crappie and walleye, but the little sunperch have too many bones for me.

Catfish filet is really good, as long as you get the smaller fish. The bigger fish tend to have a muddy taste, in my experience. My dad likes them cooked whole and eaten off the bone, but I like a filet better.
