You never really answered my question. No one's asking you to do more than your part. Just send some extra money in. Give him "a bit more." Who cares if you cover what he deserves? Just make the effort. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/thumbup.gif" alt="" />

Well on my next order I will include a tip, should the standard 18% tip cover it, or do you think it should be more?

Oh, right. You can't give him what he deserves. Well then, why should he raise the prices to get "a bit more" if it won't cover what he deserves? Or better yet, why not just send him your portion of "a but more" regardless of whether it covers what he deserves or not. Well the beauty of the situation is that we'll all pay whatever Dan asks and those of us who are moved to pay more can do that. I think this solution is utterly sublime. Yeah, I think it works out pretty well.
