gettin fitted for my tux was a riot. the big chest, wide back, and long arms made for loads of "that's what she said" jokes. throw in a really arrogant cop and a racist tailor, and the fun never ends.

i'm goin through my modded tube screamer into my vox ac4 on the quarter watt setting with the volume way down. oooo a vox! man those thing sound clean. the ac4 has no gain knob, so it's pretty much always overdriven. i generally keep it cranked which produces a surprising amount of gain, but nothing liquid enough for me to love soloing on it so i use the TS9. i normally hate pedals.

takin that setup with the les paul to the poconos this weekend. did you always have a les paul? man that with the tube screamer and the vox is a really nice set up. i wanna say i got it october 15, 2009 as a little gift to myself for my birthday the previous day, but i recall getting a cyber monday deal on it.

I know that I have made fun of Rodney Kings quote... get along... but IT WOULD be nice! the tailor was a woman from europe who spoke something like nine languages. the cop was 29 and thought he was really sexy. being the specimen i am and having trouble fitting into regular jackets, he just had to make a remark. "easy vin diesel. that's not muscle, it's steroids." i was flattered, really. made me smile.

You know Mag, the world is full of checks and balances. The Tailor is apparently a very intelligent person, and the cop... well, Just the opposite. I guess you can't have one without the other. I know the OUR Sheriff will not stand for arrogance. He WANTS to know if one of his guys trys to appear superior and if he does, the Sheriff WILL make sure that is not a way to act!
