Actually, I'm also thinking that i should cut it down to about 50-75 pictures displayed on my website.

That's very kind of you. Thanks.
Don't sell yourself short, though. And don't sell your future potential short, either.

I hope to get out your way in the next few years. I'm trying to get a trip set up to go to Yellowstone and Yosemite in the same trip. It'll be about a month off work, IF I can get it approved. But that's still at least a year and probably two out

Both are nice. If you make the trip, be sure to make some time for the Grand Tetons, just South of Yellowstone, and Sequoia, a little South of Yosemite.

Would you be more focused on landscapes, wildlife, or flora, on this trip? Or something else?

Probably landscapes. Wildlife if available, but more landscapes as far as photography goes. Wouldn't be strictly a photography trip though, but I can imagine there would be lots of memory cards filled.

For landscapes, I'd say shave off part of the time in Yellowstone, to add more time in Grand Tetons, Yosemite, and Sequoia/Kings Canyon.

I've never been west of the Mississippi, this will be quite a trip for me if it comes together. My wife and I are talking about renting an RV to drive on the trip, that'll help save on motel room costs somewhat.

Yup.
However, if you have camping gear, it will be even less expensive to take a car, and camp, than to take a motorhome. Cheaper campsites and facilities, plus less gas. Also, there are a lot of places your car can go, that a motorhome may not be able to go.
