I think I have solved the tang issue. The bayonet's tang is much winder than the Reg's tang at the bottom. I think I can cut a slot into the bayonets tang and slide the reg into it. We'll see. Hopefully it gets here in the mail today

Ok, like making a sandwich. But how will you secure the Reg tang to the bayonet tang?

Hey T. Glad you like it. It just dawned on me that it would do a lot more good for someone that would use it than it was being stuck in a drawer with a lot of other knives.
