nothing serious...had to repair a herniated umbilical. i'm already walking around quite a bit...sore abs but that's it.

I wish I could say that...but I'm wincing like a little girl every time I move <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/laugh.gif" alt="" /> Feels like progress though...every time I walk a little and stretch it out...seems to be less soreness.
