Well at least not like here. Last winter we had a woman that ran off into a ditch. Folks tried to rescue her, actually had ahold of her but couldn't hold on. Finally found her 5 months later about 50 miles away.

Thats awful. Nothing like that here, even our largest river is dammed up 3 times in our county. At least we can find them pretty quickly when we have a drowning.
