You Army folks, can't take the "off" hours! (they're getting REALLY hard on me these days as well). My alarm went off, I turned it off and never even knew it. The wife came into the bedroom at 11pm asking me if I was gonna get up for work or not!

IF I had to work a rotating shift now, I don't think I would be able to handle it all that well. It's hard enough on me to stay "regulated" working straight mids.
