muggy weather here. it rained just enough to make everything humid and steamy. cool thing is that I look up and see a huge bird hoovering in mid air. I think it was a hawk of some kind. I saw it again later and it's about the biggest bird I've seen.

Hello. Weather sucks in OK. Rain all over but just a sprinkle here so the 95 feels like a wet 100+. Colorado or New Mexico is sounding so good for a future move. I can always put more clothes on if I am cold but only so much skin can be shown without going to jail.

So, how is everyone doing? Besides the weather and some messed up room switching at school, mine is not too bad.

Not yet. I stropped it a bit and it is amazingly sharp. From the hand and a little here and there things with it I love the feel unbelievably. I am starting to think that since Bussekin blades have changed their grinds/angle/whatever the blades are way more sharper than they used to be. I have a few blades of the old release as they were from the factory and I can see a big improvement.

So how is the weather your way?

Oh, deck time.........that sounds so nice. A cold one in hand, some dinner, a good cigar, shooting the bull. Man, I hate the weather here. In fact, it is too hot to think about football :^(

That's the way it was around here until the last storm blew through, then the temps dropped. 76, I am truly envious now. It seems like we have had a heat dome over us that will not relent. Such is Oklahoma in the summer.

BTW, the DM has put me closer to my goal of having at least one version of each SY release. I will stay away from doing the same with the Swamp and Busse blades just because there are too many to get on this teachers salary. Besides, the Yard blades are truly the best bang for the buck. To make it even better is the family we have here at the Yard. Second to none.
