Got my new gen 4 glock today.

Those Kimbers and some nice pistolas. Right now I have (in 45acp) a Sig P220, colt 1991A1 that I have had customized and a Springfield V10 Ultra compact. guess I like 45s!

Gen 4? ONly glock I got is a first gen model 17, full size (it is from when they first came to be "the cops gun"). It belonged to a officer friend that died (vessel busted in his brain back in 96).

I have been issued at least one of every gen so far. (aging myself a bit.)Same typical boring reliable glock. With stipling and now you can change the grip. But speaking of Kimber. I love my Kimber.

I also have a SIG P220. Nice shooting pistol, but I think I like the Kimber more. But my gun for trips into the 'hood is still the Beretta 92. Lots of bullets! I have a cool little Bersa Thunder Plus .380 that holds 15 rds that I pack there, too. When you are outnumbered, superior firepower is the only answer!

I like my single action 45s as well. The Sig was my duty weapon when I worked on my Hometown PD.

Actually my favorite carry gun for here at the Sheriff's Office is my Sig P225! With it I carry 2 spare mags.

There is violence every night in the nearby town of Brunswick. The cops do what they can, but there are more criminals than normal people in Brunswick. It's a hell hole.

Start a disinformation program. Put the word out that so and so is snitching on so and so. That should help in reducing the problem.
