Todd, tell your Lt I said that he has no concept of how to be a leader! Delegation yes, but unless your Dept specifies he remains at the desk he should be out being a cop and backstoping his people! As***le! He's not MY Lt. Ours is great, one of the best in the dept, I believe. This other Lt is pretty much worthless. No one can figure out how he got the job nor how he keeps it. IF he wants to be a dispatcheer, let your Sheriff MAKE HIM A DISPATCHER and see how he likes it! That's the problem,he doesn't want to be ANYTHING! All he wants to do is coast and draw a check. It's pretty obvious to everyone but the higher ups. His Sgt runs his shift to the point that the LT was out for a week and no one noticed. Not from the actual shiftwork, but really, no one noticed he wasn't here.

Hey Todd, is that EOD bag pretty good from CountyComm? I have been thinkin about it. Would a DF or the Reg fit in there along with a sharpening system (smith's 6 inch diamond hone and a spyderco 8 inch ceramic) and maybe a canteen.

I carry my Glock 19, Sharpmaker and a couple knives, plus a 100 ft pc of paracord and a bag with a bunch of meds and such in mine. Plus I have room for a 2 liter drink and a bag of chips when I come to work. I do think mine is the larger of the two bags they carry though
