hehe...didn't mean to suggest that was the case, but reading back on my comments I see where you got that. I just meant to say that ie 20 burpees being the equivelant of working the field for 2 hours, or something to the same as being considered "physical activity". Meh, I'm not making any sense. I understand what you're trying to convey.

i was lucky that those foods don't really appeal to me. i do, however, love cheese burgers. eat em all the time.
