How sharp was the factory edge on the knife? Also about how long did it take you to get your dereg after you placed the order. I ordered mine about 2 weeks ago and seeing how this will be my first bussekin I'm getting pretty excited.
By the way that edge looks great.

The factory edge was as you would expect, sharp but not shaving sharp. Most knies so not come shaving sharp as my experience, thought the DDF did!!

I placed my order the day morning after the release and it took about 4 weeks to get it. The girls that work here are GREAT and get stuff shipped ASAP so yours should be soon I would imagine. I know how hard it is to wait for steel!!!
