That boy needs to learn patience. Renee is the best seriously. I agree with Ireash 100%, I always get prompt response from Renee, no matter how dumb my questions can be sometimes. I have never gotten better customer service from anywhere else. Though it did take me some time to learn the rules of the yard, it was well worth it and I'm glad to be here. +1 for the yard for being AWESOME!

Cant believe he's a Mod. Amazing and uninformed. Glad to see a couple Dogs on there speak up.

Wish one of them wouldn't have run out of here.
+1 <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/thumbup.gif" alt="" /> I was thinking the same thing.

It's better to have it & not need it, than to need it & not have it.

Being a moderator is a ambassador of their forum. Must be a tough forum to be nice in judging from his response. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/ooo.gif" alt="" />

I wouldn't go to his forum and do a thing before I read the rules and regulations. Scrap Yard offers there policy up front.
Being a "Survivalist" you would think he would have heard of Busse,Swamp Rat and Scrap Yard knives and at least have a idea of how ordering takes place. It isn't new.

They have what everybody wants. Can't make enough to supply demand so orders are taken and runs of knives are produced and delivered.
Being a high end semi custom manufacturer they just don't have the facility and equipment of other company's or country's. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/blush.gif" alt="" />

Being a informed buyer is always a good rule of thumb. I wish he would have read the rules or at least inquired here in the friendliest forum on the web.

Peace.

Guys,

Regardless of his approach on that forum, we don't need name calling or calling him down. It is unfortunate that he is frustrated with how things work with orders here. Hopefully he will wait it out, get the blade and realize that some things are worth waiting for.

If we are fortunate enough to have him join here to learn about the Yard, I hope folks will treat him right and help him out. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" /><img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/thumbup.gif" alt="" />

All that said, I believe this thread has run it's course.
