There was a lot of debate when the specs of the Military Reg were announced and if I remember correctly the two were compared in detail.
Can't remember the date though so that doesn't help you locate the thread....

I am trying to find the differences in the specs of the Reg LE(test team) and the Military Reg. Grind- Choil- weight-rounded spine. The original TT was much faster in hand as will be the LE.Did I miss anything ? <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />

any idea on the LE thickness?
Does the grind refer to the bowie style of the LE?

The differences are the choil, heat treat, and grind. The Military Regulator has the saber grind and is rounded. In hand the LE and TT are lighter and faster but not so much that you can really tell.
