Thats too lenient. Let the neighbors at them with the instructions that they must be kept alive for at least a month.

How truly sad. At some point they will meet their maker and pay for this terrible crime against innocence.

We must all understand that evil runs rampant throughout the world and it takes on different forms but we cannot forget that we must fight it on every front.

Each of my kids are going to get one big hug tonight...no matter how old they are <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />

What a sad story. My prayers and thoughts go to the father of the child, God only knows the heart ache and sickness he is going through.

We just had something similar happen here, thank God the boy survived. The mom got 6months and the boyfriend needs to spend time with me.

These people make me sick. I wouldn't have a problem taking the law into my own hands. Please send them my way, someone would find out about retribution.

Such a complete lack of natural affection toward our children is incomprehensible to most of us. It is natural to love them, care for them, protect them. I realize that such things have happened throughout history, but when I read this, I immediately thought of this passage in the NT.

This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come.
For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy,
Without natural affection, trucebreakers, false accusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good,

2 Tim 1:1-3

Sorry if I seem preachy. Such cruelty offends good people of all faiths. I just happened to think of this passage I had read years ago.

I get a tear in my eye whenever I hear such a story
I don't know about the US but here in Canada if a child is murdered;
The child's mother is the most likely person to do it.
The child's father is the second most likely to do it.

Our job is to keep our families safe

I am watching my daughter play and cant image someone doing anything like this.

I don't care who you are you do this to a child and pain, suffering, death is what you deserve. Parent, sibling, mom, dad, friend, relieve, stranger. No holds you need to suffer the worst pain possible.
