Just managed to get a WD <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/thumbup.gif" alt="" />,the guy i got it from wouldn't ship to Canada , so i had it shipped to a buddy in the US who re-shipped it to me(thanks Gerry!). BTW it was worth the effort!
looking to see a pic of it next to a Bird Dog ,anybody have one of each to show?

a little shorter, a little thicker, and less curved, than the bird dog, the wiener makes a great boning knife.

Finally, Just scored a BD on the exchange. Paid a bit much but really wanted one to compare and add to the mudder flock. Need the MP now.

Thanks ,the pics sure made me realize i too need a BD!
The thinner blade & sweep makes it look like a good skinner .
Has anyone tried filleting with it?
