First you start out with some sausage, and flatten' it out and add the first layer.

Then start adding layers of whatever you like.

Roll it up and wipe with olive oil and add rub.

Smoke it.

Slice with any Scrapyard and enjoy.

My wife made some meat treats one day.
She took a cupcake pan and flattened ground beef into the cups.Filled them with items...mushrooms,onions,peppers and the like,smothered them in Wisconsin cheese..from happy cows. And voilą! <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/ooo.gif" alt="" />

That is a great idea.

I just showed that to my wife and we are going to try a version without cheese.

Looks like you don't cook it on direct heat.

Man, oh, man that looks tasty. I want to try this one now. Dang weather is not going to allow it this weekend but maybe next. Thanks for sharing this with us.

You are welcome Jeff, you can't go wrong with a Fatty. You can also use your BBQ using indirect heat to get the job done.
