Here you go:
I had already done a fair amount of grinding and modifying on my S5CG prior to thinking about taking process pics. I actually had been trying to do the S5 modifications without removing the handle and decided to go ahead and remove the handle so I could get better results around the ricasso. The ramp had already been rough ground off and the choil has been rough ground at this point. But, the tang was never modified. I did re-grind the ricasso after removing the handle to smooth that area. I left most of the coating on the tang when I re-attached the handle.
This might be the X-Ray pic you were referring to:

Hope that helps.
Since the Res-C Mudder Handles are standardized, I would be pretty confident that all mudder handled tangs look like above.
Similarly, since the small Res-C handles are standardized, I would be confident all tangs to fit the small Res-C handles would be the same. Notice the slight curve in the small Res-C handle tangs vs. the straight tangs on the mudders.
The above cut-away picture posted by Jim is of a Large Res-C handled tang. They should all be the same as well. Like the smaller Res-C handles, also curved, just bigger and beefier to handle more torque and stress of larger knives.
