I have always liked them. Even the newer stainless models sharpen up fairly well. They are 420HC.
Horned, dangerous, and off my medication.

imho.. it simply wouldn't be a "mojo" without the catch! that's part of what gives this knife its personality! i am almost certain the "uncle" is intended to stand for Un-Mojo.
+1 I agree w/ Tony on this. The day I get in a 1 on 1 knife fight will probably be the day I forget to pack a knife. Hopefully the Springfield XD .45 will be close at hand.

When I get a Mojo, you can be sure than I will put a sharpened swedge on it right away. I had planned on geting one of each style. Both will get the "treatment".
Horned, dangerous, and off my medication.

Horn Dog, Your work is excellent. I would love to send my mojo to you to modify if it would not be too much of and imposition. ( Oh yea- when I get it!)

ZeroNine & Horn Dog, Agreed.. the blade catch & my sharpened swedge will most likely be used only against imaginary knife-wielding zombies.
Wow, so far "without & hate" have almost as many votes as "love it"!
No wonder they make both versions! iirc, SwampRat sold out of the Catched version quicker!
