Why did I see it coming that it involved the Air Force?

Hey it makes sense. Since I got out of high school I have had three jobs. While going to college I worked for a paper that did custom printing, which is what I did. I ran a multilith 1250 offset press and we also had the old looking letterhead press, the ones with the large flywheel off to one side and you had to put the paper into one sheet at a time. Depending on what I was printing I could do about 1 1/2 sheets a second on the letterhead press.

Can't count the jobs I've had, worked at the mental hospital as a tech, worked in the furniture plant doing silk-screening, fiberglass plant making tractor trailer hoods, forklift plant building forklifts, then laid off and back to college. Graduated w/degree in photography, staff photographer for the paper and now working at the sheriffs office. Also all kinds of PT jobs, cook, cashier, hotel clerk, etc.

compared to the job experiences most folks have had, I have had VERY few. Guess I have been fortunate depending on how you look at it.

Longest I ever stayed at one job was 9 1/2 years. Layoffs were rough in this part of the country for a while, unemployment still around 13%.

Just starting to eat supper, Spagett! We usually put a can of ro-tel in ours when we make it but I guess we must have been out. The wife used Crushed Pepper flakes! I think she must have used a half pound!

Seriously, it's not that bad but you DO know it's in there!

WOW! Don't know what the unemployment is around here, but I would guess it's probably at or above the national average. We are a Rural mostly farming area with not that much manufacturing jobs.
