Ok, actually I was leaning in the 28-105 direction, but thought the extra 30mm might be nice to have. I will tell her you said that "foot zoom" is the best! She'll get a kick out of it.

Another good piece of photog jargon is Godpod. It is anything your find to rest you camera on for a makeshift tripod when you need stability.

oh just for practice...theres not much to catch around here except for mongoose....and i am NOT eating mongoose....plus im testing each blade i own on their handling of notching ad whittling
