wouldn't mind a surpressed .22... seems like it would be a good thing to have around for plinking. don't really think I would surpress anything larger.

I actually ran the A/C this week till last night, decided to open the windows for a bit.

Thankfully our AC hasn't came on the last two days, maybe 3. Only gotten up to a high of 62 one day and 58 the other.

lazi, YUP, I would like a suppressed 22 as well. That would be a fun thing to shoot and rather inexpensive to boot! But Uncle O demands his pint of blood for the transfer tax.

A suppressed .22 would be a blast! Cheap and wouldn't bother the neighbors, if I had any.

But would you want a semi for the speed of 2nd shot or a bolt?

That 7/5 inch barrell is very loud. It would really suck in a building. The reason I would suppress a 10.5 barrell is just to save my ears. It will be loud but much less likely to harm my ears with a suppressor.

I am starting to get some hearing loss after years of shooting. Well and the wind blowing in my ears. I have started to get a noticible loss in my left ear.

I'd like a Ruger 10/22 with a can, or a MkII with a built-in suppressor. I think the 10/22 can compete with a bolt gun for accuracy plus the quick follow up shot. The MkII would be just plain fun !

I'd hate to shoot either without protection! My ears hurt just thinking about it.
