Oh and My mother. Well when I had to get my license renewed I had to have a copy of my Birth Certificate. They would not accept the photocopy mom and dad got when my birth was registered with the state.
Anyway I go to the health center and pay my $15.00 and as I am looking at it, in the place where my mothers name SHOULD be is this totally different name that I have never heard of before. And it is a NON WASP name! Well upon further investigation (I DO work in law enforcement ya know) I found out that my mom and the nurse signed in the wrong places on my original at birth paper. I told the lady at the health center that was NOT my mom's name and she said it would be VERY difficult to get it changed and unless it bothered me or mom or if I needed it for some legal inheritance reason to not worry about it. I am an only child and I don't see it have any bearing on anything. BUT I did tell mom she is not my mother. You should seen the look of "are you an idiot or what" look on her face.

I'll go over to my ex's house. Her kids have a box full of play clothes – capes, chef's hats, feather boas, eye patches, necklaces, etc. I'll have B & C dress me up however they want, with the stuff in their box of play clothes.
