We had several come to the office Saturday night, none tonight though. That's good, because the deputies and myself ate the rest of the candy!

We only had a few people come to the house trick or treating. Seems like the tradition is slowly catching on here.

We gave out (and ate) about 5 pounds of candy. I don't wanna see any more for a while.

I better go to sleep.

The neighbors went to the U.S. base here and did some trick or treating. It was "open house" on the base so the Germans could go get some candy and visit the haunted house. I had a huge bag of candy waiting for me when I got home and a thank you note for telling them about it. Their kids think I am so cool now for directing them to a place where people give free candy.

A week earlier, I told them they had to dress up like a monster or something to get candy and they ran to their room and had costumes on within 30 minutes. Apparently they like dressing up in costumes. I sadly had to tell them they have to wait till Halloween.
