Ah! I don't eat much turkey, it's to dry for me. I would rather have ham, although if turkey is the only thing there is I will eat some, usually with ketchup.

I had turkey once that was fried in oil and it was moister, that is until it started cooling then it was just as dry as the rest.

I like them fried but a good long brine and then smoked is the best and most moist turkey ever.
