Afternoon JJ. Hows things working out for you over there?

Things are good.

I talked with my uncle this morning. He's a gun loving Texan. I mentioned I was looking into getting a new handgun, and he said to save my money and just come take his guns. He owns at least 75 guns ranging from an original Peacemaker and WWII 1911 to FS-2000 and Glocks.

Best news I've had in years is that he is tired of having all those toys.

Now, I just need a second job to afford all the ammo I am going to spend in Utah, which has the most relaxed gun laws of any state.

Just send me a list of what he has and I'll take some of them off your hands! <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/thumbup.gif" alt="" />

On a different note, it's supposte to start with freezing rain and sleet sometime early tomorrow morning and continue all day and night. We're going to head to walmart for milk and toilet paper.

Stay safe and warm. Cold and maybe a light trace of the stuff but we are being spared from the real nastiness this time around.

I just realized how soft/dependent/demanding my little corner of society has gotten. people are suddenly realizing that there are consequences to their actions... you break the rules, then get pissed at the people who enforce the rules? how does that work... you do something stupid, you break something that's how life works, you do something against the rules and get caught, then you get in trouble... life works that way... it's amazing how many people don't understand that. Also, the blatant disrespect for knives and other weapons in this day and age is appalling. A guy I know was screwing around pretending to slice his wrist with a knife. I told him it wasn't funny and he got pissed at me... it's stuff like this that really pisses me off [/rant]

And with that it's time for me to hit the rack. Evil weather is supposed to start moving in tomorrow morning, we shall see what happens.
