I found out my wife and her sister either misplaced or gave some of my gear to goodwill. Now I am debating on buying a Dillon 550B.

I have reloaded on and off for a few years. The 550B would put my production through the roof.

What rounds do you reload?

45 acp, 45/70 and planning on starting 223. Then probably start working up some 308 soon.

If I reloaded, it would be mainly pistol rounds. MAYBE a few .243 or 30.06, but probably not enough to pay for the dies.

They make a a lee setup that less than 150 bucks with everything but components. Great for pistols not so hot for rifles.

I can go through some .40 or some 9mm. It would pay for me to do those. But rifle rounds, probably wouldn't be worth my while. I probably don't shoot 50 rounds a year through my rifles, now that my AR15 is gone.

I am planning on ramping up my 223 and 308 shooting. Aside from the cash i'm out for the equipment it will be nice to develope loads and be cheaper than the factory rounds.

For my shooting, factory ammo is fine. I usually hunt where a long shot would be 100 yards. My 8-pointer I killed this year was at about 15 yards.

Was shooting Remington Corelokt 150 grains, cheapest ammo out there. Deer was dead in it's tracks.
