Haha, don't know about now but when I was in school they didn't actually let school out for Opening Deer season, but they didn't doc you If you went. Course our school only had almost 600 kids in it back then, grades k-12!

I want to go Pig hunting this year....We have a lake here that has over infestation and you dont need a tag to get them and no limit. My buddy has been shooting them from a canoe. He got like three of them already in about three months. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/laugh.gif" alt="" />

I'm putting together a night light setup for pig hunting today. Got all of my electronics in from McMaster Carr yesterday....should have something to post up tonight. I got a Sendero package at feederlights.com they use red / green LED engines to light up the night, which animals cannot even see (or at least they aren't bothered by it). Purely legal since they're not a game animal. Gonna be awesome! I need to find a good ball-mount so I can mount the lights on my setup...but want to make it so I can use a tripod if needed....or c-clamp on side of hunting stand also. Gotta be versatile!

We have had people's livestock get shot for "city slickers" thinking they were a deer. One Intrepid hunter actually took a donkey to a check station. Is there a difference in taste between the older pigs and youger? I have been told ( I havent ever shot a game animal unless squirrels and rabbits count, but will soon...) that for the meat the younger ones are better?
