He's going to make me one for my 6.5 out of leather with a kydex mouth to hold the knife in the sheath. Well he is once he figures out how he's gonna do it.

Yeah. The Battle Pappy is a rendition of the Jim Bowie knife, so maybe Jeff can make a rendition of a classic sheath?

But then again, the BP may not get used--just a safe queen. So why would it need a sheath? I am not sure why I got it except it felt so good at the AG Russelll show.

haha, YOU BET! But what I mean is I was looking for my Umnumzaan and couldn't find it ANYWHERE! Took all the knives out of the chest I use and FINALLY found it laying between the handles of two chopper sized fixed blades. I found out how many knives I have though, 122! Probably about 50 of them are Case and other folders Patty has bought me over the years.

I'll have to get a sheath for my Solution, probably get kydex for it. I'd rather have leather though, so may get kydex for now and leather for later.

I want Jeff to fix me up a leather with rattlesnake inlay for one of mine, maybe my RMD.

Might be the smart thing to keep it as in investment for another acquisition later on Jeff.

Randy, that is cool. I ended up trading and selling a lot of my folders and balisongs so I could get more Bussekin steel. I do not know how many blades I have but it is probably around 70+ and over half of them is Bussekin.

I need to count mine and take a pic of the whole pile. It would be just a small pile, probably 20-30 blades. My ex wife took care of a bunch of my Case XX knives....

Most of my folders now are Kershaw, and most of my fixed blades are Busse-kin.

I really didn't think I had that many. I even found my old Case sod buster with the black plastic handles I bought from Western Auto when I was about 13.

Yeah, that is true. I have my DFLE, B-11, and M9LE for choppers. The BP would be for TX bbq dinners!

At one time, I had over 100 Case XX's. When my ex walked out, they disappeared. And of course she didn't know what happened to them. Much like all my baseball and basketball cards.
