Wow, I am amazed that there was no activity in this thread today. I had an interesting day. I have been limping, right foot swollen and bruised, so I went to the doctor today. After a xray I found out that an old brake in my foot has rebroke, enlarged, the dead bone may have become infected--not sure how that is. Needless to say, the doctor got me an appointment tomorrow morning at 7:45 a.m. I don't know if that is the only time they had or if it is a sign of the urgency.

When I called my admin and told him this afternoon he kinda laughed, see I wrestled for him when I was in school..........his reply was no big deal. Then I called the lady that schedules the sub teachers and she tried putting me on a guilt trip about there is not enough subs for tomorrow, etc. I pretty much had to say listen, nothing I can do about it and I hope she could find a cover. I don't get it, I don't miss that often and when I do it is mostly school related things....so why guilt me because she can't do her job. Oh well, sitting here with the foot elevated and kinda sick at my stomach due to the pain pill.

Well, I just started Gangs of New York. Not a bad movie and the acting is pretty good. I like knives, so I like this movie.

So how are you guys doing?

Working tonight, been kinda steady but not too busy. Just right to make the night go by quick.

Thanks. Well after the doctor visit the El Chico had fajitas on for 1/2 price so the wife and I ate there. Man, they were good. This time around I did not use any tortillas, just ate the meat, peppers, and onions like a meal along with some chips. I liked them a lot better that way. A cold beer and my mind left the foot for a bit LOL.

Should we call Randy to see what he is up to? Ok, I am feeling a bit mischievous. Probably not a good idea after all.

Klink, are you going to Tulsa show this weekend? I am hoping I can, but with the foot the way it is I may not. I guess I can use a cane, a walker, or chair. No, I need a hover-around to piss people off when I role over them to get a deal! I am taking it that Busse is not attending?
